Guests wishing to extend their stay before or after the wedding weekend or upgrade their room type (such as a suite) should call the Resort directly at 888.697.9116 and mention that you are part of the Cohen-Ryngler Wedding Room Block to receive the contracted group rate.
Please note:
* Reservations must be made no later than October 10, 2026, to guarantee the preferred wedding rate and availability.
* A two-night minimum stay (Friday, November 13 - Sunday, November 15, 2026) is required.
* A deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged at the time of booking.
* The Resort does not send written confirmations, so please retain your own booking reference for your records.
* Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
